After more than 20 years working across university research and enterprise development, I’ve seen firsthand how brilliant scientific ideas can stumble when human dynamics are left to chance. That experience led me to found Predictive Human Capital—a practice dedicated to helping academic founders and multi-founder teams navigate the transition from the lab to the commercial stage.
As an MBA qualified business consultant and certified leadership coach with advanced accreditation in Hogan Assessments, I take a practical, evidence-based approach to founder development and team governance. Whether it’s helping a first-time CEO delegate technical details under stress or giving investors an honest, objective view of team risks, my focus is always on building open communication, mutual clarity, and resilient leadership that can handle scale.
